Creating Custom Learning and Development Experiences

Helping innovation leaders change culture within a mature company

Case Study

How might we rethink innovation training that better aligns with our organization’s internal processes and realities?

Our customer is an American multinational conglomerate that researches, develops, and manufactures products across a wide landscape of industry, including aircraft engines, aerospace systems, HVAC, elevators and escalators, fire and security, building systems, and industrial products.

Our customer’s commitment to innovation has taken shape in its continued investment in innovation resources with the goal of delivering on different business unit challenges. Eager to bolster its existing training and curriculum, our customer engaged MO Studio to evaluate and improve their 2-week in-residence innovation curriculum using design thinking and instructional design expertise.
MO Studio helped our customer evolve their current learning experience and curriculum, addressing specific gaps and opportunity areas to maximize the value for current and future students. MO Studio developed a framework through a pedagogical approach, designing and developing updated learning modules around the new framework, and helped define our customer’s innovation method at the next level of granularity. Our customer then deployed its refreshed learning experience with a cohort of students shortly after the engagement.

“Most organized structure we’ve given to students – thank you for fighting for that!”
