Building off of MO’s support of VA OCTO under the CEDAR IDIQ since 2021, MO is continuing to uphold its commitment to serving Veterans through user centered solutions. Looking forward to 2024 and beyond, MO is joining forces with Fearless and Digital Foundry to form Team MO to pursue VA’s SPRUCE IDIQ. Given our collective track record of delivery for federal agencies, from VA to Air Force, our collaboration is positioned to drive the desired impact as demands increase for modern digital VA services. Fostering collaborative, human-centered ecosystems for sustainable change is central to our culture. Team MO will empower VA to scale modernization through hands-on co-creation.
Projects that model the unique culture and synergy of Team MO include: MO’s work on the VA CEDAR task order to transform sign in and verification services for 6 million Veterans; MO + Digital Foundry’s focus on delivering a CX Catalog for VA’s VES organization; and, MO + Fearless’s project with GSA CX CoE supporting the State Department’s CX strategy and digital modernization efforts to improve the passport and visa experiences for citizens.
